Shipping Information

We always aim to dispatch your parcel within 48 hours of cleared payment. The cost of packing and delivery is shown prior to confirming your Order. We parcel items securely and safely. All labels are printed out from your confirmed address.

For all UK purchases we are delighted to offer free postage and packing. This will be applied automatically when you place your order on all qualifying purchases. We will use either Royal Mail Tracked, Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, or recognised national courier. On some shipments you will be required to sign for your delivery. All shipments will be fully insured. Confirmation of dispatch along with your tracking number will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address provided by you.

We offer a guaranteed next day delivery service for £3.50. These orders may be sent by UPS or Royal Mail depending on the location, delivery address and weight.

To use this service orders must be placed by 2pm (Monday to Thursday). Due to restrictions for Saturday delivery and collection, whilst we make every effort to dispatch immediately, all next day delivery orders placed after 2pm on Thursday may be delivered as late as the following Tuesday. Please note also that the next day delivery guarantee doesn't apply to Bank Holidays and any Bank Holiday day should not be counted when calculating when to place a next day delivery order or when to expect delivery of a next day delivery order.

We are sorry but we only ship to the UK and Republic of Ireland.

In the unlikely event that your item gets delayed or goes missing in the post, replacements will only be issued 15 working days after the item was dispatched (UK deliveries) to allow us to attempt to locate your order in our delivery chain. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at public holidays. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery in exceptional circumstances.

You will receive dispatch notification on your order with tracking information - this will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided us with.

If we attempt delivery using one of the above methods and nobody is available to sign for the package, you will be notified that your package is being held for collection. The notification will contain information on how long the package will be held for. If you fail to collect the package within the stated time period and the package is returned to us we will consider the order cancelled unless you wish the goods to be re-sent. Under these circumstances, prior to making a refund, we will make a charge to cover the post and packing costs of sending the goods to you. An additional postage and packing charge will also be made if you wish the goods to be re-sent.

We do not accept responsibility if our delivery partner fails to notify you of an attempted delivery.
