Returns Information

Please buy in confidence - we guarantee the quality of everything we sell. We take our responsibilities to you as a purchaser very seriously. Please contact us before you return any item. Our full details are provided on your packing invoice.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day following the delivery of the goods by contacting our Customer Services department by telephone, email or post.

If, after inspection you choose to return this item, please note that a full refund (less our postage costs) will only be given if it is received back with us in the same brand new, original, unopened and unused condition in which it was sent out. All purity seals must remain intact. We regret we are unable to refund non faulty products that are returned to us used or in an unsaleable condition (e.g. with broken seals, damaged packaging etc).

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We are not liable for items which are lost or damaged in the post on return. The liability in this situation lies with the carrier (i.e. Royal Mail) and any claims for compensation must be raised directly with them. Please ensure that a copy of your invoice is enclosed with your returned item(s).

If your order was sent out with free postage and packing and the value of your returned items is such that it takes the total of your order below our free postage threshold, then the relevant postage charge, as set out above, will be deducted from any refund total.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not as described please get in touch with us immediately. If you do not advise us within 7 days of delivery you will have been deemed to accept the item(s). We aim to replace your item to your satisfaction. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given.

All refunds will be processed promptly, however please allow up to 28 days, beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given for your refund to be credited back to your original debit card, credit card or PayPal account. All refunds of items purchased by cheque or postal order will be refunded by cheque, which will be sent to the billing address that we have on file for you.
